In 1983, he started his career as an apprentice at a 5-star ho-tel in New Delhi (india). For the next 16 years he woeking he worked in many supervisory roles of various 5-star hotels managing indian, conti-nental and Chinese restaurants, as well as the bar, banquet and catering divisions, before moving to the United States in 1999 and managing Indian restaurants in New York,New jersey, Vir-ginia and Georgia.
